The Albany Website Privacy Policy

 

When, as an Albany Flat Owner, you subscribe to the specific Albany Flat Owners webpages the following information is collected and stored

  • Your name

  • Your email address

  • Your Flat Number and Court

  • An encrypted password of your choice (held by the website)

 

Your personal data is used

  • To email you with pertinent information (e.g. pool opening times and rules, BBQ events, additional Section 20 details etc)

  • To maintain an accurate list of subscribed flat owners so that the data of any owner who has relinquished their lease can be permanently deleted

Your encrypted password is not accessible by anyone and cannot be retrieved.

Your email address is stored in a spreadsheet and on the website system (Wix).  Your email address is accessible by The Albany website administrator only and is not passed to anyone else.

All emails are sent by the website administrator.  The emails are sent as blind-copy so that email address privacy is maintained.

At any time, a flat owner can ask to have their data deleted by emailing the website administrator

​

Your personal data is not shared with third parties, unless it is required by law.

​

Once you cease to be a subscriber your data is permanently deleted from the spreadsheet and the website.
